It doesn’t need to be a formal document, but you should already have some initiatives or an established approach. This service is designed to build on and improve what’s currently in place. If you’re at an earlier stage, the Sustainability Plan & Roadmap is better suited to you.
No. If you already have data, we’ll use it. If not, we’ll identify what data approach is appropriate for your business and recommend simple ways to track progress, which can include suitable software or even free tools where relevant.
A ‘system’ is a set of things working together toward a goal. So an ESG system is how ESG initiatives are embedded into the organisation to drive progress, like allocation of responsibility, oversight, monitoring results, engaging with stakeholders and communicating performance.
This review isn't about compliance. While we do identify gaps, we also focus on prioritising what matters most, not ticking boxes. We also streamline an internal approach that works for you, not one-size-fits-all.
This will be dependent on the size of your business, progress on sustainability to date and the level of interest among the broader team. Generally key functions such as facilities, finance, product, procurement and HR should be involved at a minimum, but we'll work with you to identify the right people and design an engagement plan.
The Sustainability Plan & Roadmap helps you establish your approach to sustainability and set a direction. This service is for businesses that already have that in place and want to refine, strengthen, and take it further.
The Tender Readiness Plan looks at specific or typical client procurement requirements and sets up the documents and processes needed to maximise your score. This service can look at client requirements as one input but will consider much broader needs and the effectiveness of your approach.
Yes. A key part of the review is making sure your approach is credible and clear to articulate to customers, staff and other stakeholders.
